Bolton seem to have finally turned a corner after some desperately dark times and a victory over Burton Albion would continue their promising start to the League One campaign. And fans are starting to dream of better times again after seeing Ian Evatt’s team lose just once in their opening five games back in the third tier.
After three successive mid-table finishes following their relegation from the Championship in 2018, Burton look in the mood to mount a push for promotion. And with some of the pacesetters out of action this weekend due to international commitments, a win at the Macron would take Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s men soaring up the table.
Burton Albion have been a bogey team for Bolton who have yet to beat them across just five meetings. Four of those games ended in Albion wins and the other was draw.
