Liverpool have had complete dominance in Group B of the Champions League and will be looking to finish on a high when they travel to Italy to face Milan. Going to this game, Liverpool top the group with 15 points, 11 ahead of third placed Milan. Milan managed their first win in the group in their last game, an away victory at Atletico Madrid and here they have all to play for. They will be hoping Porto drops points against Atletico in the other game, for them to finish second. Milan have improved in their recent matches; heading to this game, they have two straight wins and three clean sheets in the last four matches.
Liverpool needed a last minute goal to beat Wolverhampton in their last game. They have nothing much to play for in this group and with a tough run of fixtures coming in December, we expect Jurgen Klopp to rest most of his star players.
Milan have all to play for; their chance of finishing second is dependent on the other game between Porto and Atletico, but they must win here. It means they have no option but to attack and try to defend well. Locking out Liverpool can be a tough task, but at least Milan can hope the Reds will leave out some of their top players. Still we expect a tough Liverpool side, and over 2.5 goals looks likely here.
