Serbia kicked off their World Cup qualifying campaign in style, with the team beating the Republic of Ireland 3-2 in Belgrade. Home team coach Dragan Stojkovic left several key players out of the squad in the first match, but Maksimovic, Lazovic, Kostic and Sergei Milinkovic-Savic are now expected to be in the starting line up. Fulham striker Alexander Mitrovich who scored two goals in the win against Ireland and should lead the home team’s attack.
Portugal, on the other hand, achieved a very difficult 1-0 win over Azerbaijan at midweek. Bruno Fernandez and Joao Felix should be recalled in the starting XI. Anyhow, a man to watch in the away team will be Cristiano Ronaldo.
Having in mind the attacking potential of the two sides, both teams to score betting option should be considered.
