Bologna – Cagliari

Bologna will be looking forward to returning to familiar surroundings on Monday night after losing away at Napoli in midweek. Cagliari played host to Roma on Wednesday evening and even took the lead against Mourinho’s men. The first half ended goalless but in the 52nd-minute Pavoletti sent the home fans wild with the first goal of the game. This would prove to be a false dawn for the hosts as goals from Ibanez and Pellegrini in the last 20-minutes made the final scoreline 2-1 to Roma. Cagliari sit bottom of the table as things stand but a win this weekend could move them out of the relegation zone altogether.
